as far as A2DP headsets, I have the HBH-DS970. It should work for the w910 as well.
That being said...some words of caution.
1. It's no good if you drive. The dongle gets in the way of the seatbelt strap. Gets quite annoying.
2. If you're listening to music straight, the battery life will last you only about 5-6 hrs. So if you're on a 20hr flight, it's pretty useless.

In terms of non-A2DP headsets, I'm using Jabra BT8040. So far so good, although I'm still considering buying another one.

The HBH-DS980 would be the best one at the moment imo:

Are you even allowed to use Bluetooth headphones in flight? Usually, it seems like they request that you turn off all wireless services of your devices.

You're allowed. You just have to turn off during take-off and landing...although depending on the FA, you can sometimes get away with keeping them on =)~
