Did you install it? If you get the error that M3 has encountered a problem and needs to close. You need to adjust the year of your computer to 2007 start M3 and it will run. Once its running I normally put the year back.

sorry for last post, i just view this post and understand your meanings.

i just kwon some methods copy songs from ipod to pc(windows)

Steps 1: Connect the iPod to your PC. If iTunes starts syncing (ie erasing) your music automatically, hit the X in the upper right hand corner of iTunes display, to the left of the search box, to stop it.

steps 2: Enter the iPod from the "My Computer",we can see that there is a Music folder.
steps 3: In the Tools menu -> Options, in the View Tab, check "Show hidden files and folders." Okey, view all documents and folders, we can see a hidden called iPod_Control folder.

steps 4: Open, but also to see a Music folder. The whole song here, great! drag or copy them into a folder on your hard drive.

Notes:But there is a problem, the song's title is garbage characters (or the iPod itself is confusion code), you need to check the attributes of songs (or use players Audition) will know which song is. And then selective copying.
