it's very unlikely but some very early bt phones may have had slack enough security. The main possibility is that the owner of the phone accepted the connection, thinking it was from their operator or a friend.

my friend with k700 acess into my k750 without permision via bluetoouh be4 a few year and i was can c on k700 screen even a few pictures which i deleted from my k750 earlier!can you understand me?can you explain?

yes i'm !but from that moment i keep bluetooth visibility off for any case on my phones when i not use some bluetooth transfer |

If you have paired with a phone then invisibility doesn't matter. Invisibility is only for devices that you haven't yet paired with.
If you are paired with a device, it can connect to you even if you are in invisibility mode.
