They won't do a door step swap out, my mate has got exactly the same problem though, so he also rang O2 yesterday and they'll do a door step swap out for him, even though he's had his phone longer than me but I've been with O2 for longer (don't get me started, I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with them about it yesterday) so I've got to mess about sending my phone off before they'll send me a replacement.
