Kept the original screen protector (the one fitted from new) on my old Nokia E50, its been on over a year, the phones build quality is very impressive its not got a mark on it, could ebay it "as new". |

Marc nothing will get in it as ive got it in my Golla case too,
the case completely covers the phone neatley only the buttons are exposed and camera, it fit's perfectley 
i'll do pics tomorrow evening if anyones intrested to see

do those cases really protect the fone so much? imo at n95 ( 1 and 2 ) the most sensitive aparts are the screen and the cam ( at 2 ), but next ot it, nohting else.

Boba, I'd say they do, these handsets mark way to easily w/o protection,
and the fingerprints is a constant annoyance!
ive removed the cover twice and theres no marks,
btw it's very good if it hadn't got that on it would be scratched to buggery in 6mths and youd see a thread show up here...
My phones scratched time to sell @ Marc

Lol if you have read the reviews you will know that the N81 is one hell of a finger print magnet,but i always carry a lil cloth to whipe it, ive gotten used to it, i hate keeping my phones in cases, only protection my N81 has is the screen protector that it came with 4months ago still looking good as new,ive given up on trying to protect my phone in a case cause eventualy it gets scratchd.
But if you feel need the crystal case go for it, but like Marc said make sure nothing gets in it.

Gucci the N95-2 comes with a blue protector on the screen lol I would of left that on  all phones mark easily cos this 1 costs quite abit I decided that getting a crystal case would keep me from wipeing it till it did get marked ! Btw it looks good in it still Nothing major has got it btw ive also got it tucked in a Golla bag, with the crystal case it easily glides in better  |

n96 will be a real fingerprint magnet, cos of that crap shiny surface imo

seems nokia made great job, cos i have no dust under the screen and under the cam lense either, even mine is usually really dusty

I get a few bits of stuff on the camera lens but I just wipe it off with a  P'series cloth
