The 8910i has a color screen. Manuela, rdgarding number of colors, it is mostly marketing s**t! Do you really think that you can distinguish 16 shades of blue from 256 shades of blue when they are displayed on screens with such low resolution? The Samsung T100 has a 4K screen which is superior to the 4K of the 7210. And the TFT one on the GD87 is still not better than the TFT on the T100. Brightness and speed with which the color changes are more important! TFT is the way to go...powerconsuming though!

Oh yeah and the only thing you need the 4096 or 65536 colours is for the pictures, but the 3510i can't take pics. |

MMS send is fairly pointless with out a camera as well.
256 differnt shades of grey!!!!
Any way on an inch by an inch and a half sized screen more colours would not make much difference, and for a 'budget' phone more colours would put the cost up, not just the screen but more processing power and more processor i/o.
Why can't I be happy with one phone? |

100:4K TFT, GD87:64K TFT; still T100 displays just a bit brighter; no difference in colors. Have not seen the S100, it has a 64K screen but it's DST and I bet my arm that it's worse than the 4K that its T100 brother has. Samsung took the DST road for that one because of the complaints regarding the T100 TFT energy consumption. Poor 7650 only has a 4K DST screen, same as on the phone the Flintstones had! Give manufacturers more power and permission for greater phone sizes and they know which way to go!

If the screen is the same as on the 8910i it is probably as bad as the 8910i's screen.
Look at this pictures of the 8910i's display.

lots of reviews call the T300 a "candy-bar phone". i have a T300 and yeah, i guess, it does KIND of resemble a candy bar...well...kinda...
