yeah, not being pessimistic, but i think it's just far from a simple letter to make these Ericsson people notice what we need...

Well, theres really no need to write further in this post,..because we are gonna send a letter to SonyEricsson.
Look at this post instead :

So I'm just gonna close this post, because we did get response/email from SonyEricsson, and we're working on the list.
We will not need people to sign the letter, as it will be send to Sonyericsson as email, telling that the improvements/suggestions are made by all the users of Esato
