Yes as a loyal Sony fan i admit that i drool over Sony Ericsson products and wait for their next lineup. True and nothing to shame about. SE products are owners pride and others envy. They are special. Some people can never be satisfied. They always complain.

The Alexa data can give us a general idea how popular a site is and that's all. You should read the topic over at SEOChat
How accurate is Alexa. For Esato.com, we are using Google Analytics to track where you all are coming from and other visitor trends. Analytics is a very trustworthy source for web site statistics because is it counting all (all with JavaScript enabled) visitors. The Alexa data is collected from the few visitors having the Alexa toolbar installed.
Try comparing nokia.com (rank 672), sonyericsson.com (rank 1444) or motorola.com (rank 1450) at www.ranking.com |

Uhmmm, a lot of P990 users had to struggle at the SE web site looking for non existent solutions for their problems. I wonder if they count as well, you have to go through the main page to access the support page.
What exactly are those figures based on? Just web access? By section?
P990i: A mistake, a curse and a disgrace So I lowered my expectations and settled for a P1i. I couldn't keep my expectations so low for a long time so now I have an HTC Touch HD |

Hi Mizzle and all,
Yeah Go SE Go because all us normal people release just how many hits your website gets relates to sales and profits it doesn't but never mind at least your website is popular who cares about silly things market share, sales or profits it's website visitors that really count, Go SE Go.
Marc
This is a very unbiased post.
May be you would like to explain to us what you mean by us normal people.

i prefer quality over quantity, so marcs point is very well based. look, esato shouldnt be the "best" and "most clikced" site, more important is to take it as "respected" and "honoured" imo

All Mizzle is saying is the SE site has more page views than the others, according to his source. So, whats with the big swipe at SE fans? referring to them as not normal? WTF is all that about?
Any more talk like that and I'll be complaining to the moderator. I'm not putting up with that shit.

yeah, i was pointing that clicks doesnt mean anything. of course behind the clicks everybody would have the feeling, that se is very succesful, but that doesnt mean usually the wanted result. next to it, i dont think i was posting here to deserve they way u replied to me and dont think, that the mods would do anything, just because i post here my opinion.

I was actually referring to dogmann's post not yours, sorry if you took it the wrong way.
Why does an innocent thread have to be taken off topic by people taking swipes at each other, just for the sake of it? Referring to people as not normal?
Good grief!

i have to disagree. esato works so great, cos even its an se site, also non se users and fans are alwasy welcome here ( indeedm sometimes we have flamings etc, but its still to accept ) on that way, its more colourful and interesting to read of mobiles. everybody should post here her / his opinion, aslong NOT member( s) are personally balmed, a product to judge, thats fine, guess u agree

I agree. I am for witty banter and friendly rivalry but I have seen how some threads begin to 'descend' into the ugliness that was commonplace on here last year and I found that particular post offensive. I just don't want to return to the bad old days.
