@accoleon, the 7650 isn't advertised as a \"smartphone\", but as an imaging-phone. That's nokias choice. Perhaps they think that'll interest more people. BUT that doesn't mean it isn't a smartphone! Why? - because of symbian. If you visit a nokia 7650 forum, i can assure you that you'll find that the average age and level of expertise is much higher there than in a t68i forum.

@accoleon

Thanks for your detailed reviews. I was especially interested in the picturebooking issue.

Screen resolution, bluetooth and pc/device connectivity are also important to me.

What I'm hoping is for some US carrier to begin carrying the P800. Then I can jump from the T68i to the P800. Just hope it dosen't cost too much.

I also solved my IR via Nokia problems.

It seems that changing the transceiver type from Infineon (default for my IRJack USB-IrDa) to Vishay 6101E, and changing from Advanced Configuration and Power Interface PC (default driver for win2k/xp)to a Standard PC. I believe its the issue between USB IRQ hunting and Nokia's software.

@Raven, I didn't watch Nokia's advertisements too closely lol. But definitely, Symbian's a wonderful addition to Nokia's phones. Its open source too I believe. That's the main reason why their forums have greater expertise. The SE phones, on the other hand, features, tips/tricks and technical data has to be fished out of the phone by users

Hope this helps.
