Thanks for the info Skrue! It's still very expensive at 40k. Ahhh... wishful thinking.

p800 for 45thou? that's like a basic pc system already! **** ba sila? yeah! that's a major rip off! i'll make sure my friend gives it to me less than 40! and i'll tell you guys if he does so masaya tayo for this post xmas gift to ourselves! 40 is too much pa nga e! i'll find a cheaper price and tell ya guys if i do find one (i just hope you'return the favor- tulong tulong mga pinoy!)! i've inquired sa semicon and they dont have it yet (last week) and i'm getting excited na that its being introduced to them already (sabi mo). i talked to se sa sm north and they say whatever the price is, dadagdagan pa daw yun ng semicon for like 3-5k for the warranty. so near 40k nga (patay), but the se guy said that it'll be definitely be cheaper sa gh ng mga 5k but w/o warranty but risky, diba? sana my friend is A REAL FRIEND and will give a good deal with warranty! i cant wait for that damn phone! basta that fab phone must make the wait, new year and christmas worth it!!! basta peeps, tulong tulong tayo!!!!
ARE YOU WITH ME?!!?!?!
MALIGAYANG PASKO, MANIGONG BAGONG TAON DAHIL SA P800!

If it's worth 40K then I'd might as well buy a nokia 9210 (which is more powerful in my opinion) or a separate PDA. |

9210's a lot cheaper. and it's "basically" the same. symbian and everything. minus of course the packaging and the touch screen. i find the p800 way too expensive for me. i think i'm holding on to my t68 and ipaq a lot longer than i expect. too bad! |

another option is the xda smartphone with pocket pc 2002 os. i found one at gh and they are selling it for 40K. i think its cool-looking coz of the metallic finish unlike the "toy-like" p800. |

ill just wait for the neonode and hopefully pray that it will come here in the philippines...i think 40k is too much maybe 30k is justifiabale for its initial price |

The communicator belongs to a different league. You can't compare the P800 to it (wawa naman ang 9210). When the 9xxx series came out, it created a class of It's own - not categorized as smartphones like the P800. Besides, nokia phones are almost always over priced when they are first released, so it seems like they're 'cheap' nowadays.
