If your in the UK, and you can get your local O2 store to track one down, they come through on the till right now at £39.99, plus there's a £20 trade in, making it £19.99!

That seems a fantastic deal from O2 if you can manage to track one down. |

The K750i is one of my favourite SE phones I've owned.

What's the point? We have the K770, K810 and K850 now |

but they are not k750. that's the points
k850 is a bug carrier, k810 is a improved k800/k790(which i say is good. k800/k790 are a bit buggy), k770.....no xperience with it.
k750 is a stable phone among those.

I disagree, K750i has been 50/50 stable/unstable in my experience, K770i seems generally better, and due to it's lower production numbers the quality control seems higher so fewer faults.

well, the experiences i have had/seen is that a small percentage of k750s have gone weird. in the cases they've gone weird is because of their owners trying to modify the phones.

All I'll say is, I've been working in a phone retail store for over 5 and a half years, and the K750i has become as bad as the rest for returns. The later models got alot of white screen of death, there were earpiece faults, all on phones in good, un modded condition.
Few others I can't remember off the top of my head, but you get the idea.

those must be the cid49 ones. the cid36s rock
when the cid49 started to appear, everything's turned bad.

Saw a demo model in silver yesterday in Bali. It looked great, even though the design is a couple years old. The shop said they still sell them for 1,000,000 rupiah. $106 US.
This is a great phone. I just upgraded to k810i which looks great, but I kinda miss my k750i already. And I had plenty of white screen of death when looking through photos from memory card. Irritating, but nothing I can't live with.
Buy one if you can find it for $100 US. Worth the money. |
