3 day turnaround on repair, but with weekend and new year that becomes Wednesday...

So I will post back then.

I don't have a rattle when I slide my w910 open, however the top part does wobble very slightly up and down when it's closed and open.

Tap the C button area when the phone is open, my phone makes a physical tapping sound in that area where the top part of the slide hits the bottom part... Very annoying, you can see that there is a larger gap (when open) between the top and bottom parts of the slide on the right side.

BTW my phone was returned with no fault found, it's going back for repair Wednesday - but I don't hold my breath....

Doubt the repair centre understand the problem.

Well received back a 2nd time with no fault found....

Partly because an Indian call centre didn't understand English well enough to understand the problem... The service centre thought I had a problem with the vibrate function!
