how can i delete apps what i dont or cannot use?
( they are shown in the midle manager, but no chance to del those )
thx
I think you can't, if they are built in games. If you installed the app or if they are not locked, then in midlet manager, on HP HW6965 you just press and hold the app you want to delete, and then a menu comes up with an option to uninstall. It's different in different WM devices, depending on the midlet manager in use.
where are the @ ? ! etc? i couldnt find it on the virtual keyboard...
press shift (just press once, don't hold), then you will see the 2 change to @

afaik i did that, but still wasnt shown...i give a try again, thx
It's a bit strange, not like a removable drive normally is. You click Explore, then in the list of files and folders select My Windows Mobile, then Storage Card. Trust Microsoft to make something simple into stupidly complicated!

I've always liked that form factor for PocketPC phones. I have the XDA mini but it's a bit old in spec now.
The HP HW6965 I got recently is better spec'd than my old xda, but the square aspect ratio of the screen is a compromise for multimedia and some apps don't work well on the square screen. As a busniess phone however it's perfect (and the physical keyboard rocks)
Here's some info on Trinity if you are interested:

Not sure I don't have the cache problem. I'm looking at getting tomtom for my HP, but I can't seem to buy online the actual program, only updates?
(also you can buy sd cards with maps preloaded, so I expect there must be a way to tell tomtom to use the sd card, though maybe that's only for dedicated tomtom devices?)

WM6 has a setting in the power dialogue (can't remember WM5 but its possibly the same)
start > settings > system > power > advanced > "when device is turned on, do not charge the battery when connected to the pc"
