You should be able to get worldwide. They are not something special imo... They should be available in any country.

Does it cover the keypads too. If so, is there a difference with using the keypad buttons?
Itd be great if it made the keypad splashproof

I haven't seen anything similar around me too... I just have to wait to get new credit card to be able to buy from internet again. I'm getting one then for sure.
Anyway I don't think it can cover the keypad to make it water proof imo...
