they'll only offer a replacement and the place i bought them is a good hours drive away dont particularly wanna go all the way over there just to swap them for another faulty pair

i have £4 left to do me till the end of the month


As for going out and getting it replaced AGAIN, maybe tomorrow. (will be pretty annoyed if it breaks again)

hey there, mate. just a thought and maybe a tip at the same time

i also use the HPM-70 with my W810i and "your" busted part is still very much alright in mine. whenever i use it, i insert it normally in any way BUT when i pull it off from the phone, i do the pulling downwards and not any other way. this is because i earlier noticed that when i do pull it off upwards, i could feel that there seems to be an opposing force to my action but when i do it downwards, it comes off smoothly. so far, so good

you could try this once you already have your third pair cheers.

I could give you the standard headphones that come with my P1i, they're awful, but at least you can harvest the bottom end.

i got a 3rd pair from the shop today (my dad went and got them ) so fingers crossed
