I actually had my Vodafone UK w910i delivered yesterday, and had a similar problem, when the phone was on it would constantly restart every 2 minutes, was getting incredibly annoying, but it was mentioned in this topic that a master reset might help, did that and have had no problem since, so maybe try that a few more times before you give up?

Well my restart occurs only when i SOMETIMES sending a message, CALL or Receive a call.
It's not restarting every 2 min, but every now and then, every 2-5 hours.
I went to the shop, they insisted that my phone is good, they dont have any other in stock, however they told me that when the firmware comes out, they will reflash it. They said it cant be Hardware, its only software.
EDIT :
While i was trying to open a game, it restarted by itself again.

well my phone is covered one year under warranty, with them. They said they will fix that issue once a firmware comes out.
From what i see, some users got this problem and even worse.
But it's frustrating.

When you say faulty, do you mean HARDWARE or software ?
I am going to give them the phone tomorrow, they will test it, and hopefully fix it (which i doubt) |

Its much easier to fix a phone in Europe & the Middle eas, because the phone is officially released there.
In canada, we dont have these phones. Some shops buy them from HK or Europe and sell them here and offer a local warranty. Thats the only and very big difference. If i was in lebanon, i can assure you that problem would have been solved by now |
