Microsoft have that "pause/reward" live television/HD content coming out soon (not sure if its for US only), so that 120 Gig would come in handy. I'd get the elite if your budget allows for it - always best to get the lastest offering

tbh i think i'd get more use out of the steering wheel than the hard drive :s

M$ one is 89.99 and you get a free copy of a driving game usually (forza, pgr etc) but its 50-65 on ebay
Your madcats one is about £40 new and about £25 on ebay
Ebay ones usually have £10 postage

that doesnt really tell me the difference in features....its actually very small the madcatz one looking at it...but it was free soo.....
