Any news yet??its Monday...and Google said it would announce it today.

gadget geeks and business analysts around the world are waiting impatiently for this news and Esatonians are pestering Peterkay for the main specs or even a glimpse of P5...

I hope Google wont flop like Apple did

Apple entering the mobile industry is just a disaster for the company.

I think it's two differeit situations. Google is releasing an OS that is so far supported by two phone companies unlike Apple releasing their OS and phone that is only in the support of themselves. Google is a very interesting and innovative company.

Google is targeting the business groups unlike Apple, who was targeting for the general public (those who are amazed of animations, transitions, etc.) (Well apple wanted the business share but that didn't happen obviously).

I hope Google will be sucessful.

This is nice and I am sure of that once it muscle up, it will be unstopable and highly competatives. I still wonder though as to what name will be given to it.

it's not boring at all. you've got the stability, ultra-customisability of linux, and the nice looks of the gtk toolkit.

i'm looking forward to seeing the google phone on the market with android.
