02 internet settings for MDA Compact 3 |

Sorry Nathan, leading you astray a bit here, download the file to your pc, connect the compact 3 via activesync and run it from your pc, ive just done it again with my orbit, when you run it from your pc it should bring up a box with all the uk operators , select o2 and your away

Just downloading activesync for vista via microsoft once that has downloaded i should be ok, will keep you all posted until i have the settings lol

You will be fine once you have activesync installed, did you not get it on the cd that came with the compact 3 ?

Yeah i did, but when i ran it got a error message saying that vista does not recognise this program

if your running vista, you should have "mobile device centre" i think its called, you do not need activesync for vista, i use a mac most of the time so im not sure. i have a desktop pc upstairs running xp, i connect my orbit to the pc via activesync, i run the executable i got you to downlod and it works fine for me, i can choose to install any settings from any uk operator, are you sure the compact 3 is connected to your pc?

Took me a long time but i got there, does it take time to find a gps signal?

If your indoors it will, otherwise its fine, i have no trouble getting a signal in the car, update your quick gps aswell
