It wouldn't be the first time though would it??

People are going to expect you to keep up tradition, if as you say you had no intentions of trading with anyone else why wasn't this thread closed when you agreed the deal with Doug, or at least mention when you posted yesterday that you were no longer in a position to trade!

mmmmmmm same old same old eh, is it possible to put neg feedback on for let down sales /trades, if the sale/trade can be proved as done? at least people would know who to stear clear of etc

Unfortunately the feature has just been removed from the AZOTT, perhaps Mik may have to rethink the decision as we have a clear contender here!!

Yes, you did kill the other thread but then, why did you not kill this thread as well? Were you keeping your options open or what?

What else am I supposed to think? This message above two days after a deal was struck "It is indeed, will trade for a Nokia N95 on Orange"
If the phone was mine, what was that all about then? And for someone who was not even on the internet, as well?
Come on Nathan, explain what was going on then? What was I supposed to think?
Doug

Yeah i did will swap for Nokia N95 on orange, but i didnt PM anyone or got a PM off anyone regarding this. As the deal was with yourself. And i can do what i like in my own time i dont have to justify myself to anyone on here about what i do in my own time.

If i want to browse on here and put posts to the top i can.

That's crap mate. You should not be even suggesting a swap or anything with ANYONE, when the only thing you have to offer is MY phone!!
Otherwise if everyone else just added anything to anyone's thread but didn't mean it, what a farce this site would be!
I suggest you were just keeping your options open but that doesn't wear with me, Nathan. I'm too long in the tooth, mate, as I explained. Dealt with "Hangman" as some of us remember! Now he was a crook, through and through!!
Let's just leave it, shall we? I'll look for someone else to trade my GPS enabled smartphone with. End of advert. lol

that's not how you do business kiddy.. you don't hang about waiting for a better offer to come along, if you weren't happy with Dougs offer you should have said, not argreed to swap with him.

it's like playing football with a rugby ball, it doesn't happen.

If you wanted to play games you defo do not do it with Doug, Doug has got an impecable track record and doesnt stand for any games or shady dealings..

But Nathan, you told me by text, twice, that you had not been on the internet yesterday. Of course I cannot tell you what you do with your own time, but lying to me when the evidence is on the site is a bit foolhardy. You'll soon get rumbled.
It was a shame, really, because I wanted that phone back, as it was mine a while ago. I think now it's best to let this go now and get back to other things. Enough has been said. As contestants on Channel 4 say " NO DEAL!!"
Thanks for your support, lads, apprecaited.

as this has been raised as an issue, and for transparancy, and without making any judgement here, I have now restored and locked the original thread where the last post is dated 2007-10-17 08:30

I also confirm I was PM'd to remove this thread at 2007-10-17 19:11 and I also queried this removal with mosdelln before actioning as it seemed unusual.

It's not about stealing or scamming!

This is regarding the fact that you are unaware that a "deal is a deal" if it was a one off or you genuinely forgot then fair does, but this ain't the first time is it?

And no, you don't have to justify if you go online or not, but that also doesn't give you the right to lie about it either!

You quite plainly told Doug that you wasn't around here yesterday, yet you made 5 posts, which is common knowledge to anyone who clicks on your profile.

And it ain't an invasion of privacy either as there should be an element of trust on here and you broke yours long ago mate!

Fine then. All those who wish for me to no longer come back to this site let me know.

Also will get a MOD to block me so i cannot enter again, as like you lot say the trust was broken a long time ago. And if i cannot regain people's rust then i see myself no longer on this site.

You have to earn people's trust again, Nathan. No one wants you to disappear from this site, just be honest with those you deal with. This site would be a shambles otherwise.
Stay but just be upfront with everyone you deal with. Others on here have come unstuck before but have knuckled down and re-earned that trust again.
You can do it as well. You have my support, don't let us down.
