I find that sound helps me to sleep, must be because of the grand prix i always get up to watch at 4am lol!

Mine's Muse - "Shrinking Universe" right at the bit where Matt Bellamy screams, it's loud and abrasive enough to wake me up, though after a year I think I've got used to it and it doesn't work as well as it used to!

I have this annoying tone called NOVA FLASH that I got off an old Nokia phone. It is so annoying that it actually gets me up in the morning. been using it now for about 4-ish years or so...
