yeah, i will also need instructions with XS++ v2 ( i tryed to upload some files to cid49 and it hanged at starting file system text).
If i'd add a word, i'd say use sunfire 7 v2 acoustics (only the handsfree part of it) in your pack. or something similar to it. i like it LOUD in handsfree, and loud but not cracky in backspeaker. Thx for the ACX. good job

Its not a mix of acoutics.. its my own mod.. so I wont use sunfire's PHFs.
Handsfree part is perfect man, I'll leave it that way.
And man, thats already loud.. I don't think you really use it on max volume.
Concerning to backspeaker.. that's my task to next version.
Anyway, If you find sunfire's acoutics fits better to what you need, use his acoustics! They are good.
Loud volumes means that it will crack at a certain point.. there's no magic that can be mabe to that cheap speaker
I'm waiting for the answer of betatesters... Its getting complicated to get it loud as people want.... without interfering on internal sounds equalization I think its almost impossible
but yeah, I'm trying

yeah. sry! i anwsered before testing your ACX pack. THEY ARE VERY GOOD! in handsfree they lack the bass, but thats about it (would be nice to have the red bars in the EQ -for the bass- to be megabass. I mean i wont listen to full volume+megabass, but 6 bars+megabass... it blows your ears. And those who dont like it, should leave bass at half). In the other way they are, like i said before, very fine. but why are there only 18 files? |

Yeah! I know asah megabass has a lot os bass.. but its an equalization problem.. asah have lots of bass but poor quality.
Mine is balanced.. and bass you can add on first EQ columm.
I'll try to add a little more bass on handsfree =]
but I think volume is nice.. don't want to compromise quality.
but that backspeaker... man that's a problem...
I'm still waiting the answer of beta testers.... two lasts betas are almost final

Yeah the back loudspeaker is really on the limit here. It is crackling a bit on the highest volume. IMHO, it volume is already loud enough (more than stock driver). Ear speaker also seems perfect. I gotta try using bluetooth stereo headphone next time. |

no pete. More bass is good. If it has distorsions at high volume, then lower bass in manual EQ. As i listen ho a lot of music with heavy bass, it is good to have the last 2 bars in EQ heavy bass. It feels good to listen at 5-6 dots with EXTRA heavy bass. has no distorsion - only if volume is max. Dunno what can u do about that backspeaker. k750i sounded a lot better |

@Hanugro
Yes you're right.. its on its limit.. I'm working on equalization to see how far I can raise volume, and yet have good EQ.
@Norbi
Yeah I know bass is good! Its just that K800 speaker is to small, and it can't handle heavy bass =(
Backspeaker only plays smooth on flat EQ. You're right about lowering overall volume, than raising bass. Its the only way
Is k750 backspeaker a different hardware than k800? If it sounds better, and have the same size with better audio... I would be one of the firsts to change the speaker
Than start from scratch on acoustics.. not limited by that tiny k800 speaker
@Kncg
Man, perfect testing! You have pointed all the info I need! Thank you so much!
Gonna release some more betas.. you're my oficial beta tester now
good job! its really good to have help here =]
@Zerkie
That backspeaker is giving me a hard work.. I'm still testing some stuff
keep watching! as soon as I have found perfect sound and volume I'll release next version! |

Great job with trying to get best loudness/quality with preserving the original sound effects.
My personal favorite acoustic is rusf81_mix. its posted in the http://cybershot.4shared.com/
I was wondering if you could add on to his already great acoustics. He has the only acoustic that doesnt have the high pitched trebble problem that all the other acoustics seem to have. So i am currently using his but I am torn between his and your acoustics each are equaly good, but i'm leaning towards your because of the earpiece loudness which is very nice.
so keep up the good work. |
