Ok i have taken some photos of my room to give you an idea of just how small it is and the space i have to play with. Looking to try and get something within the next few weeks as sleeping on a mattress is getting rather old, here are some pictures.

The black thing leaning against the wall is my mattress with my pillows behind it so that gives an idea of how small the room is. Just looking for anything that will fit in there. That is why i thought of modular pieces but just can't find any. If anybody can think of anything that would work please let me know.

I'm 22, doing a degree, living on £300 per month, moving out isn't an option and i wouldn't even if i could afford it just because of a small room. Just looking for a bedding option to fit and so far the only thing that has come close is the fatboy beanbag.

How about trying out some of the sofabeds that are available? That way you get your seating during the day and a bed for sleeping in/or whatever

I thought of that but none of the sofas i have seen will fit in my room. Think the best bet is the fatboy, i'll keep looking, if i lived in the USA i wouldn't have a problem.

I used to have 4 double duvets, 3 on the floor and one over the top. That was so comfortable to sleep in it was amazing. That won't suit your needs as you want a chair too, have you thought about a Futon? they have some nice ones here... http://www.funkyfuton.co.uk/

I did think of one of these but was wondering how comfy they are as the single ones do look rather small. Maybe worth considering, thanks.
