As mentioned by Boba ... Wait for N95 8GB ... it's arrived here in Dubai , but unfortunately it's not available cuz people are buying it like crazy as soon as it comes to the store .

Wait 1 week or maybe 2 weeks , N95 8GB will come in your country soon.Buy that.

Or iPhone is also good.I'm personally crazy after iPhone , so id definately go for the iPhone if i were you.

Yes the N95 does ahave a built in GPS reciever,it should work as long as it is being able to connect to the GPS satellite in your city.On the box it has been mentioned that it comes with A-GPS when u buy the phone.

I think what the usere's have posted previously in this thread might make sense, that if u use the HGE-100 gps enabler on the P1i,it solves the purpose of having G[S on the phone. But how does the HGE-100 work?I mean do we have to load or install some maps on the phone for this to work or there is a navigation software that comes with this device? Will it support the map for India?

can p1 last twice as long as n95? if not, it is still a daily charging affair whether phone last exactly one day or 1.5 days. I am more on this line of thought instead of implying n95 battery last as long as p1. (if i'm not mistaken, p1 battery is about 20% higher capacity than n95)

I can comfortably get 2 days out of my P1i with moderate use, including running TomTom for about 2 hours per day. I'm currently on my 3rd day without a charge because I've only used TomTom for about 1 hour.

The difference between the battery life compare to my friends N95 is much better. Saying the the latest N95 firmware is a huge improvement to the initial ones.

But many people are saying that the P1i battery and P990 battery are the same and there is no difference in battery life comparing both phones. The P990 battery life was a huge dissapointment....so considering that why will somebody opt for the P1i?
