What pisses me off though is that mphone has 2 browsers when I thought I was browsing thru wi-fi my phone was conecting to the 02 Website thru GPRS this happened a few times and in this result ive used up 11MB this month costing me £26 im so not happy lol
it's best if you don't GPRS fullstop then that way your bill is only £25 per month lmao!
Fatreg complaining will it get you anywhere?
02 seem not to give a rats ass..
2 Email complaints they said there responded to the first email which I never recieved!!!! the next 1 I get there telling me they can add a bolt on to my account
ive responded back about my Pac code im not amused by them!!!!!

what i don't get missuk, that i know you like complaining about o2 a lot about your gprs, just simply not use the service if you are complaining about the charges, and if you are not getting a reply by email and note that a company as the size of o2 gets hunderes of emails per day, why not write, and if you do write to them, you will get a reply within 14 days, instead of complaining of not getting replys back by email, iam sure they will get back to you eventually, but i would write if i was you,and simply not use the o2 gprs service if you find it expensive.
i get really annoyed at people going on about a company's service, i mean if you don't like it, or don't agree with it, simple dont use the service.

I rec they didn't like me asking about Pac Codes and are now not replying back
they've taken there cash for th bill so I don't have a leg to stand on anymore, if I was to do a letter complaining they prob just use the same as what they wrote in the email!
I guess cos ive not got long to wait before I can leave is wait till then and if they say anything about me leaving then i'll just explain why and get it off my chest!!!!

The "my son wants to join Orange" saga that started a week ago Friday! Still no phone. Rang today. Sorry, your order was cancelled last Wednesday. Who by? We don't know. Can I speak to someone? You'll have to ring Customer services on 150. Can't do that, I am not an Orange customer. Oh, well you'll have to ring Customer Services on this number. My son - but that is the number I am talking to you on. Ah - well, you'll have to ask for Customer Services. My son - I did when I started this call.

Yeah, in all fairness they were fine with me until I wanted to cancel the contract.
I had a Vodafone sim-only contract too for a short while to use with my blackberry, but the Voda reception is absolutely rubbish where I live so I canceled it after about two months. When I explained this to the guy in disconnections, the cheeky so-and-so said "Well, I don't know how you can say the reception is so bad when you've made so many calls"!
I nearly had a fit! "Are you calling me a liar?" I said in a polite but menacing tone of voice, at which point he became rather sulky and got rid of me as quickly as he could Apart from anything else, I only used the bloody thing for email, I hardly ever made calls on it! The mind boggles...
