But. As far as smses goes. most newer nokias are better than t68. you can for rename messages and create folders.
And the always present lag doesn't help(although this is not half as bad as people will have it most of the time).
As for everything else....
Well everyone who has tried a t68i knows what I mean...

Oh and about mms... with services like nowmms.. sending an mms message(depends on it's size) is far cheaper then sending an sms. plus you can have an enormous amount of text in an mms message. here in norway sending an sms costs 1kr. the price per KB over GPRS is 0,1kr
this means you can send mmses up to 10KB before it gets more expensive then an sms. That's alot if you ask me. And I have the most expensive gprs prices in norway. with other phone companies(netcom) you get away with 0,025kr per KB meanig you could send 40KB before touching the price of an sms....
I say that everyone should start sending mmses...

I know the SMS menu feels slower than the nokias, but I am prepared to make that sacrifice

I have had no luck with nokias as of late, bloomin 6210 keeps turnin itself off, 6310i cudent hold onto a signal to save its life

Yes.. nokia have quality issues...
besides.. Unless you type very fast.. the speed isn't really a problem. It isn't as slow as it seems at first... It just looks like it. Let me try to explain. It sort waits for you to finish typing the word in a way.
For example you were to type the word "beginner" it will wait for you to have typed all the letters and then the words pops up on the display.. the letters doesn't appear on after another. the time from when you stop pressing buttons until it shows up on the display is minute. but very fast typers might find it annoying. The pause also seems to increase slightly when typing long messages. And don't listen to people when they say that menu speed is low. It's not. Except when you browse pictures(you have to wait a little for a picture to load. <1 sec usually but can be longer on screensavers)
