I don't notice my t68 turn on at midnight but the ipaq turns on at 12am to update your scheduled appointments for the day. |

mine hasnt started turning on yet but i wudnt mind if it did ne way
unlike the nokia which switched itself off whilst just sitting on the side doing nothink

I have the same thing on my T68m.....i....
It turns the background light on fore a few seconds at midnight an then it turns off again?? spooky! one morning last week my alarm didn't ring.... when I looked at the phone it was turned on and waiting for PIN?? Hmmm T666 sounds right

try seeing if u haf the recurrent alarm on and the alarm tone set to off...that might explain why the phone automatically switches on at a particular time......if that's not the case, then i gotta admit it's a little wierd......anyways, try having the phone prompt for the PIN each time u switch on (if it's off) and see if it happens again.......good luck

You probably have some reminder item for that day in Outlook. If you look in the phone calendar you will see that an all day item has a time that starts at 12am and ends at 11:59pm. Even though the alarm is not set, I think that the phone is turning on anyway. Delete an all day event and see if that keeps it from turning on. My phone does the same thing. |
