Hi all,
I'm able to install the software but after installing it cant be run. It shows "could not locate a java virtual machine"... anybody can help? |

hi,
I've tried the process again and again but in vain. my system is not allowing the application to be installed and i think that the compatibility option can be selected only after the application is installed. In my case the installation itself is not happening. pls help. |
