i didn't but i thought it would of been clear so that people can see where they stand... it is kinda my fault for not stating that and i just dont know what the hell to do now!!
And this seemed like such a good idea at the time!
I'm just going to ask the advice of a mod one moment please... i thought an impartial judicator would be the best way to go! I happy to accept either offer i just dont know which way to go!? As i see yasmans point that i should of informed him of the other offfer.... But then Tyse did make the highest offer overall before 12.00....

lol...since all offers were on thread at the time and when i sent burgaz a pm earlier today asking him what the highest bid to guage if there were any private bids...burgaz informed me to look at the thread and he said it was £90....so thats why I assumed it was all via the thread.
now i agree it's a dilema.
question is tyse how bad do you want it?
maybe we should go for toss of coin?

ok, well as I've been mentioned I'll add my PM to Burgaz here
hmmm.. in my opinion when an end time is set then its clear that bidding will happen in the final moments, just like on ebay. For this reason they should automatically be visible since there would not be enough time for you to read and post up each bid that comes in at the last minute by PM. Indeed you might not even be available.
But, since there is some debate perhaps the fairest thing now is to toss a coin and I'll be happy to do that if it is acceptable. (HA I just saw that has been suggested in thread)
however the winner must pay the higher highest price offered before 12, i.e. the £100
hows that?
