I'm happy myself to go with any network operator, not just O2, all except Vodafone

Vodafone seem to have all the new phones quicker then chips lately!
but I don't wanna spend know-more then £18 per month!

actually, I've paid off my 3 contract, but I still have a T-Mobile one and an O2 in my name, not a sausage of a problem with either so far

Not that, just I found a better deal with O2 staff
If I didn't have that, Three still offer the best 12-MONTH deal out there, I refuse to switch to 18 month, tho I can't practice what I preach, i'm always explaning the benefits of 18 month contract, although I have to lol

Not everyone works for them though
I was in one of there shops yesterday and the guy was a complete waste of space, he gave me the impression that he wanted me and my friend to leave lol
all I asked was about the £15 simplicity tariffs
my mate was in there looking for U900's lmao!

Just out of interest which town was it in? I'll look them up and see what their sales & mystery shop figures are like, might explain a few things lol.

it was the Stourbridge Branch (West Midlands)
I went in there ages before and they were all over me trying to help but this guy was on his own and well that said it all basically!
02 have aload of staff everytime you visit one of there stores they have different team members I guess they all work Part Time
02 in West Brom doesn't change it's members like spots

The only thing I've found so far is their generally selling less than us, so they must be pretty pants lol

there not selling because of there staff that guy yesterday was enuff for me not to go back in there again!
most helpful 02 store is the West Bromwich one,
Merryhill seem to have alot of customers it's always busy
and bursting with life
Birmingham ones are like CPW always up your arse when you walk in
