no, its not something I have done. I only replaced the battery cover as mine had Orange on it.

I'm quite happy with the plum colour

A friend of ours, wanting a Warm Graphite one (which is not common in NL), bought the housing at a Nokia Service Center for 30,- euros, appr. 20 gbp.
The best thing about this deal : they fitted it for him .

Dunno their prices in the UK though.

thats handy, i take it they didnt charge extra for fitting it for him?

i got a quote from a SE Service centre for replacing the original W900 housing. a white one only as they didnt have black, and it was about £47.50! (about 65 euros?)

@batesie :

exactly, they didn't charge him extra for fitting it .

edit : we have a W900 and I suppose, changing its housing from black to white is different, as you'll also need a new keypad, buttons, etc., which isn't so with the N95.
In NL, phones and accessories generally are a bit more expensive than in the UK.

Hey guys,

a quick question to those of you who have changed your cases,

is it the actual LCD screen exposed or is it a plastic sheet built into the faceplate ?

also, how eay is it to replace the outer most ring of the camera section on the back as mines taken quite a bit of ware.

Thanks

Ed
