Sony has unveiled a re-designed PlayStation Portable which is slimmer, lighter, and comes with a video-out port for watching content on TVs.
The form factor of the portable console is virtually unchanged but the device is now 33% lighter and 19% slimmer.

Thats cool. The TV out kinda makes it worth changing to the new one. Playing Socom 2 on TV would be nice as well as watching films.

i remember saying when the PSP was launched, i'll wait for the PSP Slim

That does seem to be the main bit of the slimming, removing the bumps.

looks nice but tbh not too much different,,,didnt play my psp much anyway...will have to see how much this costs...
