Instead of the MSI version 15 driver, use this driver (The 3com one).

The version 16 software from Tecom and the version 18 from TDK (which I havent yet tried) is the only one compatible software that'll allow pictures to be transferred from the T68 to PC. However, as they are from a different manufacturer than your bluetooth device, they do not include the drivers for your device.
Therefore you need to download newest version from your manufacturer to get the drivers for your bluetooth device.
Therefore you are using the version 16 software from Tecom (or 18 TDK) and Version 15 drivers from your manufacturer (3com).
So, follow my guide in the thread linked to in a post above, and substitute the MSI ver 15 driver for the one I've just linked to.
