For anyone who's interested getting one then PM me, i can have them shipped over from a contact in the U.S, although i suspect there won't be much interest for locked iphones unless someone figures out a way to make them useable?

Hi all,
Can't quite remember where it is i have seen it but there is a rumour that T-Mobile will be the first and possibly the only UK network to get the iPhone.
An iphone with Web N Walk and built in Yahoo push E-Mail would certainly be good, and i thought the UK version was going to be 3G isn't it? although HSPDA would be even better.

It will be eventually and when it is i am so getting one, it is just beautiful, brings a tear to the eye lol. We may have to wait a little longer for an unlocked version but boy it will be so worth it in the end.
My contract with o2 is up in November and i don't care what i have to pay i'll get it. If worst comes to worst i'll get the most expensive phone on upgrade and sell it to fund this little delight of goodness.

am planing to do that upgrade thing as well the phone is a beauty

Tell me about it, i just have to have it. It will be perfect setup. I currently have a 30gb ipod video and once i get a bose soundock i'll use that as a hifi so to speak.
30gb is more than enough for my music collection so that will just stay at home. Then i'll have the iphone as my combined phone and ipod.

some non 3g phones even have 3mp cams....it is like a smartphone but a not so smart cam...doesnt even have autofocus
