i have a feeling it is to do with the access point name.....mine is http://www.o2.co.uk i thionk we need this changed to something
i cant get im+ working either....and i paid $27 for that

I remember reading about peeps on allaboutsymbian who's on o2 with similar problems, so just do a search there and hopefully you'll find the solution! = )

i really pray it will work on o2.....IM+ and webviewer was the main reason i bought 7650..
im having another problem....i cant log on to esato on my 7650.....it says invalid username/password......
any ideas guys?

@Mark,
One question for you; Are you able to use your phone as a modem on O2? Have you tried that? Because those are the settings you should use with WebViewer and IM+.

Its amazing!
But it EATS GPRS! i have 500 wap mintues free each month and use that for WAP only. I use GPRS for email and webviewer but dont think ill be able to use it much as it uses to much data.
IM+ However is really excellent, it hardly uses any GPRS DATA so it works out a lot less than using SMS if your friend is using MSN as well

Yeah it sure eats up those Kb's.... I don't use it that much either. When i use it i usually disable images. Makes it a lot cheaper, but not as much fun though..
