Hi guys,
I saw an ad this morning in my tube station stating that the SAmsung F700 was about to make it into the Vodafone line up for Christmas.

http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/index.cfm?go=offers.Samsung-F700

It's advertised as an Iphone killer (again), could it make the alledged P5i already obsolete?

Has anyone had the chance to test it yet? What is the OS?

Yes...what exactly did happen to F700??????

Camera got downgraded from 5mp to 3mp......

Even worse, the text on the Voda site conflicts itself!:

Main Features of the Samsung F700

The Samsung F700 is the Smartphone to rival all Smartphones! With its QWERTY keyboard and touch-sensitive screen, the Samsung F700 opens up new horizons in mobile phone functionality. What's more, the Samsung F700's sleek, curve-edged design makes it an obvious rival to Apple's iPhone as one of the must-have items of the year. In fact, the Samsung F700 is more than just a phone - it's a new mobile companion.
The Samsung F700's unique touch screen utilises the power of Samsung VibeTonz technology, so you'll be able to feel the screen vibrating as you touch. Moreover, with the Samsung F700's 5 mega pixel camera, you'll be able to capture high quality photos and videos like never before.
If you're planning to use the Samsung F700 for your business needs, its horizontal slide-out QWERTY keyboard is sure to make typing easier. You'll also be able to keep in touch with the office at all times when you browse the web on the Samsung F700.
Better still, the Samsung F700's music player means that you'll never get bored in between those business meetings - get a more enhanced mobile experience from the Samsung F700 today!
The Samsung F700 offers a number of highly developed features, all encased in its slim, compact frame.

Lack of WLAN was bad enough...but now this too...such a shame......
