yes but you have to understand and know the things you get in turn for a mediocre battery. you cant have it both ways.

Hey guys i was just wondering all the guys that rcommended the N95 did they own it because i had one and i couldn't wait to get rid of it first it doesn't have a touch screen no keyboard bulky ,slow the battery life is bad especially with all the features that they added on like GPS which drains the battery very quick so nhow you can enjoy it if you can't use it .

... Didn't you notice before you bought it that it doesn't have a touchscreen and "keyboard", nor how big it is? Those are hardly secret disadvantages, are they? Maybe it should've been red as well??? Gps you use in the car and for long trips you'd use an in-car charger - that hardly makes it unusable! i don't have an N95, and since I don't want gps, I'll never even consider it, but your comment is really a bit, eh, "un-qualified" in that apart from the battery issue all your "big" negatives would've been known to you before someone put a gun to your head and forced you to buy it [addsig]

the only reason i got the N95 is that i got it as a gift from my wife and she thought that it had everything in it that i need since i use it for my job i had to replaces it with P990 and after the F/W update i have no problem and i use it at work all day especially typing and writing on the screen is like writing on a paper which makes it so easy on myto write notes quick. and to answer about the GPS part by pluging it in the car is that i have a navigation system in my car and i would needed if i am not in my car .

My friend has an N95, IMHO it's a beautiful bit of kit and I'd like one. I've seen the photo's it takes, and they are outstanding. Although I've not seen a picture with the flash on yet, the flash is an LED so I would tend to think photo's will be of lesser quality than with the Zeon flash on the K800i.
Happy choosing, Buy one 4 me eh?

Lo-couk
