Ppl, trust me, P800 only supports MS Duo. You can not insert a normal Memory Stick into a P800, it is just too big! And there will be no special P800 version which will support it. If there is somebody claiming otherwise, they are dead wrong. I am 100% sure of this.

the p800 only supports memory stick duo, not the standard memory stick. i got to try out the p800 a while back at an electronics show and the se rep even took out the ms duo so that he could show me that it was smaller than the standard memory stick. there is no way for you to insert the standard sony memory stick in the p800's slot since the ms duo is significantly smaller.
very unlikely that se will manufacture two different "memory stick" versions of the p800. that would be very expensive to support. |
