Suggest Tips and Tricks for Faster Wap Browsing |

I have nokia 6030. And many of nokia phones have this option. @all. Is there no other tip for speeding Wap browsing. The so_called experts here could only suggest turning images off. What else. For both high_end and mid_range mobile phones.

my ip got banned 4 a while by google when i put its search engine on my page with iso 8559-1 encoding...google uses utf8 |

@aat try these ips:
66.36.250.14
66.36.250.50
66.36.238.34
instead of your default ip
maybe it'll help to speed up your browsing...
gprs class also has influence so get the higher class |

And could anyone please shed more light on content encoding. Please explain in detail. What the different types, and what are the compatibility issues involved. Do some lines work faster than others.

Use of other proxies gives the following errors. 1."connection not available". 2."page not found". And even if it connects it shows "Loading" endlessly and there is no data transfer.

belive me i am posting with 0.0.0.0 IP. any IP is working on me. its IDEA (india) i think they are using some thing different technology.

please post your full connection settings. Both the original one and the tweaked one. Thanks.

my settings are:
apn- internet
(others are blank)
mode - http
proxy - yes
IP- 0.0.0.0
port - 80
though i use any combination of settings except apn, it works, but no improvement in speed. any clue.?

It appears that your operator uses only Apn (access point) and no proxy similar to BSNL GPRS which uses only Apn (gprsnorth.cellone.in). It also doesn't use proxy, even if i give any damn proxy it connects. Only thing is that Apn should be the above only.

Guys. Please suggest any mobile browser which will work with airtel live. I mean which will use proxy also in addition to access point.
