Ok, tried a freshly installed computer... still no joy

Wotan doesnt even pick it up. not sure what i'm doing wrong

i`m getting the exact same prob as you smithy, i`m doing everything that is posted and its still sitting at waiting status to find my fone, i`m getting no lights on the l.e.d tho.. dont know if thats a problem, the fone hasn`t been dropped, no water spillage.. just switched it off one day then tried to switch it back on and nothing.. been dead for a few months now..


help.

when you pres 2 & 5 is is 2,5,2,5,2,5,2,5 or 2&5 and hold?

press button 2 and 5 together and hold, plug the cable (still hold 2+5 button), AFTER the client recognised it then you can let it go. If not keep on pressing 2+5 button, it should take just few secs (my experience around 2-15secs).
