I would have named it "iCrap", or "a-pieceofcrap"!
But more appropriate for the market it will sell to is "iYuppie" or the longer version "iJustgottobeseenwithonedrinkingmylatteatthecafe"!!

What a start for apple! Iphone without a name for the moment. Looking forward to how it ends or is it begins with the iphone. Wow, it's already a confused phone in less than a week!

Apple should leave it at "i-Phone" but make the speed dial 1 direct
to the lawyers, by passing voice mail all together ....

well thry couldve called it something like (apple)phone, the same way they call Apple TV (apple)TV. But I guess they don't want to confuse the users on how to say the (apple) part

Thanks for the info @koolezt, was quite interested in the outcome. I'm pretty sure the resolution came with some terms and conditions which have not been revealed, am curious about it too.

Yep, I know, I read that on the link you included previously. And I'm curious because it's confidential. Heh...

Yup, indeed there must have been. Well, whatever it is, I guess they made the more economically viable option than suing the pants off each other.

Say what you want but even if the IPHONE is as great as people think, Paying Full Price for any Cell Phone on the Cingular/AT&T network = Stupid.
