Well, it is newer client and only support DB2020 it seems. And also it is cheaper than wotan (if you just buy 1 credit). I got problem with wotan myself. Probably because of current internet situation (Taiwan quake). Wotan Asian ftp is still dead and the connection to their european is not stable.
I believe kulan is based in Poland (Polandia)!

I got answer to this. Kulan client can't directly flash R1GB EROM CID51 from R1ED EROM CID 49. You have to upgrade EROM CID to 51 first (take 1 credit) then upgrade the firmware to R1GB (another credit). He said SE firmware dictate this and he is trying to figure out how he can make it need 1 credit only.
I guess when we update with SEUS it update our EROM CID first to 51 before flashing the firmware to R1GB. |

Well, I have problem myself. The update looks successful yet I still got old firmware. Anyway I am working with them ATM. I manage to update my EROM for free through kulan though!

Problem fixed. Their new feature, finalisation without flashing, in 1.28 is buggy I guess as somehow I must activated it even though I load the firmware. ANyway I use their newest 1.30 client and successful. |

When i start phone it writes the same message \"configuration error\"

It is sign of finalisation error. Go to their forum, http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=390 and ask him there. He is quite helpful. Provide the log of your finalisation (without the IMEI) |
