Tried doing this it doesn't work, I tried to use wap but all it says is GPRS failed, i went to the o2 website to test the MMS, but it says there is problem.

Do i need to be in a GPRS area?

You need to activate mms with O2 first, you know when it's active because you'll have a bluey/green solid triangle on your phone screen (bottom left) -24hrs

@FrankUK Don't feel bad, you'll be on board soon! :-D Try switching your phone OFF and back ON again, i did not have these problems! Goto the SE.com site on PC select the Europe site then select the configuator then follow the prompts for O2 MMS payandgo. You will get 2 settings sms messages, overwrite other data profiles. Then just wait for O2 to do there bit ;-) Regards, -24hrs

24hours - thanks I set up the phone from the SE.com site the other day. Phones been on and off like there is no tomorrow - I'm just peeved 'cos I have a new toy i wanna play with - you know how it is

It seems i'm now classed as a 'Select Customer' @ 02 - what ever that means but i do geta free phone number to call for help and I also get calls back - I'm just waiting for this nice lady to call me back within the hour she said but i'll give her till lunch - she sounded nice (She gave me a direct line for her )

@Bruce_lee_jacko Hi there, If on O2 payandgo just call 4445 from your mobile then select option '0' and press option '3' MMS Customer Care, thats it. Hope this helps ;-) -24hrs
