arien617: The mouthpiece HPM-70 ones don't look like cheap plastic at all. also, the only reason why I had to get an extra HPM is because the ones that the K800 come with is the 3.5mm adapter-less HPB-60 and I never bothered opening them
supers33d: at this point I'm not sure if it's the actual phone unit or the headset that reduces the distortion. I say don't sell your K800 away for a W810. The K800 is almost a W810 up a notch or two; only the music player is a stripped-down WALKMAN 1.0, but you most likely have an iPod for a full-fledged music experience. Give me up to next week and I'll try my pair on a W810 so we can have a better comparison
