I have to agree,it does a pretty good job of what its aimed to do which is Mobile TV.

Size wise its pocket friendly aswell and you really can't go wrong for £109.00 inlcuding £50 credit....bargain of the year i would say!

just read the review and watched videos then visited the website.

looks like a great deal on pay as you go. you get 5 pounds already on the sim card and then a 10 pounds topup voucher and then all you need to do is make 1 chargable call each month and at the end of the month you will receive 5 pounds over 7 months making it 35 and in total 50 pounds.

the tv is free for 3 months and then 5pounds afterwards so you can use the free credit to buy tv over a full year almost. bbc1 is free to watch until near end of 2007 they say.

I've had a think about it...and this is a really bad move on virgin mobile's part. Since NTL took over, they've wanted to have this mobile tv. They have pulled it forward too far, and they can now only use DAB technology to distribute channels. This is an extremely in-efficient way of sending out video, and it will be very poor quality aswell. Although it may sound kinda cool, that is one hell of a brick! Why no touch screen? Then it would have sold like a storm! And the name? I think it's just there for people to say 'ooo you got the lobster' and then they realise 'ahaha it's a kinda cool name' and then remember it when they're buying a new phone in a shop...only problem is, as others have said...it'll really fill up your stocking!
