Since july, 2005 I use MailMan with Gmail and have no troubles.
The inbuilt e-mail client also works fine.
The only trouble is that Gmail uses SSL certificates for SMTP and POP that are not present in SE phones, so you have to install them.

I have one small problem with the NEW Gmail application. It now takes 11 clicks to get my gmail whereas it only took 4 when I went to the web based version. I'm not sure how this is supposed to be better or easier.
On the w810i I have Gmail (the web site) saved in my bookmarks, but the closest you can put Gmail (the app) is in the applications folder which cannot be navigated by the shortcut menu.

Got any ideas?

Leave it running in the background, but still log out and make sure the net connection closes so it doesnt cost you.

While its running and connected, I dont suppose emails arrive straight away, as in push emails?

I'm having the same issue as Lee here in Jamaica with Network Unavailable. I tried my other provider and it seems like it's connecting but nothing but loading...unless I need to wait longer?

Works fine for me on a K800i on O2-UK, but only after changing the language in my Gmail Settings to English (US).

I also couldn't download it using my K800's in-built browser, I had to use Opera Mini 3.0 Beta

Meh, hope they hurry up and release an International version asap. Having to revert to American dictionary just to get this to work properly is wrong!

I downloaded it, but I get a "certificate error".
Does someone know which certificate I need to add to my K750i in order for it to work?
Thanks.

VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary CA certificate

In the "Internet settings> Security> Java certificate" I allready have the "VeriSign Class 3" certificate among others.
Can you please give me some more details about what I need to do in order to make gmail mobile to work.
Thanks a lot!
