oK? i believe now you have set up the program and its on your desktop. click on it to start the program. underneath the program, you will see a plus+ symbol(it means add your video file). click on it and browse to where the file is kept. On locating the file, click to open and it will be sent into the converter. Now back to the program, Click on the play button underneath and the conversion should begin. (really doesnt take too long). After it says its done, click OK and browse to where the program stores the converted files (click on your hard drive and check in: Acala3gpMovies).
Repeat the steps you used to put in your phone earlier (put in the video folder) and it will be there.

@chime - I am having problems on this one pal. As I clicked on - OK, the folder where my mpeg vids are located . . . there's NO way the folder can be OPENED, as I have only TWO choices to make : OK or CANCEL . . . there's no way the word OPEN comes out   When I clicked on OK . . . then nothing happens and NO file was brought with the 3gp Alacala Ripper page . . . what gives?

Hmm! It should work! if the movie file is in a folder or inside more folders, keep clicking on OPEN and when you get to the file itself, chose it, click on open again or so and it should go to the converter. No 2 wayz about it.
try again and see. (by now you should be telling me how good watching videos on your phone is) |

@chime - Nothing still happens mate I can't still acess the videos I want to convert . . . I have lots of short-clip vids in MPEG format and wants to convert it to - 3gp files so I can upload it to my  branded fones. Will continue trying though . . . thanks still !

Now my eyes are rolling! dont seem to have any idea why thats happening. i can oly feel that the files are protected? pls keep trying or you can try one of the other converters the others suggested. maybe you can send on of the file to me so i can try from mine (attach and send to my mail address and send) |
