In Dec 04 / Jan 05 when it was launched it had the highest res screen (640 x 320) of any Symbian device and Opera worked really well. Bought one and wrote a review at my-symbian then after getting a Nokia 9500 & Moto A1000 had too many devices, but after selling it realised how unique it was so bought another one. You need to use this to understand how good it was compared to what was available 18 months ago. Obviously does not make sense to compare it with 3G Symbian devices. Was designed to test mobile video. |

The thing is, even if its a SE forum, why are people making pointless comparisons? When I have stated it that 6708 is half the price as the P series, and yet you continue to bash it. I own both a SE and Nokia, and i'll defend both if they are wrongly bashed. |

Only gud thing abt 7710 was 1 mp cam fm gud music but as a pda it was pethetic as compared 2 p910 with no keypad confusing shape a friend of mine cant even find out how 2 ans a call not easy 2 carry and user intrface was so unuserfriendly . U hv 2 tap twice 2 select any option. Whoever got it sold it within a month.
It has gud phone features but worst pda of all time i wld say .;-)

Looks like it is not mentioned here but 6708 is NOT a NOKIA PHONE!
It is BENQ P31! under ODM license. And it is not a secret. so two big mistakes one can make:
1) judge 6708 as Nokia's creation
2) compare a benq to SE.
