you can write it in html - here cut and paste this & u can't go wrong
start of your page with html> then body>
then type- img src="http://www.where the picture is located.com.jpg"> with < & > at front and end again
if u want to add text start with a p> for paragraph - then close it with /p>
then close the /body> & /html>
every where u see a letter or sentence ending with a > put a < at the beginning - I can't show u fully as it would list the code as written - send me a PM - or search for html basics on www.google.com - u can learn how to write there
