i called today about MMS for voda users.. only available today for those using 'purely' Voda (as in not CPW Voda) and therefore can use Vodafone Live!..
as for those who are on Voda under CPW, we hafta wait until Nov. 1 before it's ready..

I haven't heard of the acronym CPW before but do you mean
SinglePoint?
Anyway, I have two phones as well.
T68i with o2 £10 top-up 300tx + 300min wap
6210 with Vodafone £13.99/month 600s off peak which I use to call gf in the evening, and she can call me during the day with her Vodafone PAYG SmartStep simcard (5p after first 3 mins)

no, i don't give 2 phone numbers, because i can't use these sims simultaneously, one is american and thus functions only in us, so people here know my american nuber, the russian sim i use while i am there, so it the same story...
since i spend roughly half a year here in us and the other half back home, this is the way to go for me...so i don't have any lousy roaming or long distance charges...

Mark, are you referring to people who carry 2 phones simultaneously or those who have a stash of handsets in their drawer....
i give out my contract line number and when texting from Genie/o2 include my name at the end of messages...they soon catch on...also only give some my Genie/o2 number for business or whatever you want to call it. |
